What if I need to reschedule or cancel my booking as a customer?
We encourage our customers to let us know as soon as they are aware of any changes to their plans. While we aim to provide a flexible on-demand service, we also need to consider our barbers' schedules. This is why we have implemented our cancellation fees to strike a balance between accommodating your needs and ensuring that our barbers aren't left with open time slots that they might have difficulty filling due to last-minute cancellations.
- • Cancel up to three hours before the booking to avoid a cancellation fee completely.
- • A 50% cancellation fee applies if you make changes between 3 to 1 hour before your appointment.
